— Coffee Shop Adventures #3

• At Magnum Opus, Fine Coffees - there was a Whovian meet up
• When I went to the Whovian Philippines meet up last week, I broke a glass within two minutes of entering the cafe. I’m incredibly thankful that the owner is really, really nice and didn’t charge me for the glass (yet). 
• There were two guys who dressed up as Eleven - one of them dressed up as Raggedy Man. When our little section of the meetup got wind of his existence, we started shouting “RAGGEDY MAN!” - as if trying to summon him (via telepathic field) and when he came to us, I was just like “RAGGEDY MAN, I REMEMBER YOU AND YOU ARE LATE FOR MY WEDDING-(ah).”
• There was also a spectacular dude who brought a giant sticker book and gave some of the stickers away and I took some and it was just the best ever. 
• I also showed them a bit of Womb (2010) - the movie with Matt Smith and Eva Green - and they were all like “POOOOOOOORN”. 
• There were two guys who suddenly talked about My Little Pony and some of us had a mild freak out and started singing the theme song and it was glorious.
• I was dressed up as Nine and almost everyone thought I was dressed up as Martha Jones because of my skin colour. Welp. I guess I know how to dress up as next time (during Toycon or the Whovian meetup on the anniversary). That or maybe Liz Ten. Probably Liz Ten.

• Turning off the anonymous feature for a week because apparently, there are some people who are mean enough to go to various blogs and leak the plot of the finale of Doctor Who.

Some photos of the Whovian meetup I went to yesterday. Made some new friends, saw some old ones. Old and new - we all geeked out and nerded out and it was fantastic.

None of the photos are mine. I dressed up as as Nine! Well… sort of. Nearly everyone thought I was Martha Jones because of my skin colour but oh well~ A few people got it and that made me happy. 

I have a life outside Doctor Who, I promise! Well… At least I think I do.

It’s a pair-‘o-docs. Holla.

PH Nerdfighters Meet-up

So this is now a thing.

If you’d like to confirm for the event, please follow this link. We can only accomodate the first 50 people for giveaways and stuff, but we’d love to meet you even if you’re not part of the first 50 confirmed attendees.
