I have been plagued by the troubles of real life for so long. I need a break. I need a breather. I need rest. But since the real world calls for me right now, I shall have to postpone any and all dreams of real rest for the moment and plunge myself into work. Philippians 4:13 has been chanting in my head for the past couple of weeks and will continue for the weeks to come.
Even in times of turmoil however, I am still happy. I cherish these moments for they come so suddenly and so abruptly before I slink in to another crippling sadness (although I hope I don’t). I’m okay. I’m genuinely happy (but exhausted beyond all reason).
Therefore, here is a photo of the owl beanie my lovely parabatai, Lollo, gave to me. See? Even in stress, there is silliness.
